What the chain shows about you
A public ledger keeps every payment forever. An ordinary wallet keeps all of them on one address. This wallet separates the address that receives from the address that sends, so reading the chain does not join them up. It does not make you anonymous, and it is worth being precise about which is which.
What one address costs you
With a single address, anyone you pay can look it up and see every balance you hold, everyone who has ever paid you, and everyone you have ever paid. That is not a leak or a bug. It is the ledger working as designed, and it applies retroactively to payments made long before you cared.
How the two ends stay apart
Money arriving lands on its own deposit address, and the balance it credits is not held on that address. A withdrawal leaves through a route with no transaction edge back to where the money came from. On every chain involved, the two addresses are unrelated.
What this is not
This is unlinkability, not anonymity. Amounts and timing remain public and can still be correlated by someone watching closely. Your Telegram account identifies you to us. An exchange that knows both ends of a transfer still knows them. We do not describe this as a mixer, because it is not one and calling it one would be a lie with legal consequences.
Several wallets, one account
You can hold as many wallets as you need inside one Telegram account, and their addresses are not linked on-chain either. Paying someone from one tells them nothing about the others.
No document checks, and what that does not mean
Opening a wallet takes an invite from someone who already has one; there is no identity document to upload, because a wallet that holds none of your keys has nothing to verify you against. That is not an exemption from anything: the exchanges and payment services at either end of your transfers run their own checks, and the routing providers this wallet uses run theirs. We do not market this as a way around them, and it is not one.
What we can and cannot do
We cannot move your funds, sign for you, reverse a transfer or restore a lost phrase. None of that is possible without your keys, and we do not have them. We can stop the service: an operator can halt new operations for everyone at once. What self-custody here does not give you is a phrase you can paste into any other wallet: your keys are derived from the twelve words together with the salt your account was created with, so restoring means restoring in this wallet. It means nobody can move your money but you. It does not mean the phrase alone is a portable key to it.

Questions
Can someone link my deposit to my withdrawal?
Not by reading a chain: there is no transaction between the two addresses. Correlating amounts and timing across chains remains possible for anyone who is watching, which is why we call this unlinkability rather than anonymity.
Do you know who I am?
We know the Telegram account the wallet belongs to. We do not know your keys, cannot sign for you, and cannot restore your wallet.
Do you require KYC?
No documents are collected. Access is by invite, and the wallet holds none of your keys, so there is nothing for us to verify you against. The services you send to and receive from still apply their own rules.
Can you freeze or reverse a transfer?
No. We hold no keys, so we cannot move, freeze or reverse anything. An operator can halt new operations service-wide, which does not touch your balance or your keys.
Is this a mixer?
No. Funds are not pooled with other users to obscure their origin. Deposits and withdrawals do not share an address, which is a property of how the wallet holds balances rather than a service sold on top.
