Assets

The wallet holds 21 assets across 19 chains. What separates them is not what they are worth but how many homes they have: a stablecoin exists on several chains at once and you choose which one to withdraw on, while a native coin exists on exactly one and there is nothing to choose.

Assets with several homes

A stablecoin is the same claim on several chains, so sending it means picking a chain as well as an amount — and that choice is the whole cost difference. USDT alone settles on 10 of them, which is why BEP20 to TRC20 comes to $1 rather than $3.

Assets with one home

A chain’s own coin lives only where it lives. There is no standard to pick and no wrong network to reach for, which removes the most expensive mistake in this list — though it does not remove every addressing mistake, and each page says which ones apply to it.

What holding any of them costs

Nothing to hold, and no fee balance to keep in any of them. The blockchain fee comes out of the transfer itself on every chain here, and the wallet’s own service fee is 0.25% of the amount you move.

Questions

Do I need to hold a chain’s coin to move an asset on it?

No, and this is the difference worth understanding before anything else. Ordinarily sending USDT on Tron means holding TRX for the fee; here the fee is taken from the transfer, so a wallet holding only USDT can still send it.

What happens if I send an asset on the wrong chain?

It goes to the chain you addressed it on, and if nothing there is expecting it, it is not recoverable by anyone. That is why the assets with several homes have a chain picker rather than a guess, and why each asset page names the address format it accepts.

Is USDT on one chain the same as USDT on another?

The same claim on the same issuer, on different chains — worth the same, and not interchangeable in transit. Sending TRC20 USDT to an address that only understands BEP20 does not arrive, which is what moving between chains through the wallet is for.

Can I add an asset that is not listed?

No. The wallet quotes what its catalogue carries and refuses what it does not, on purpose: an unknown token has no route, no price and no way to be withdrawn, and accepting a deposit of one would mean holding something nobody can move.
