It says pending and nothing is moving
A pending transfer is almost never a lost one. It is sitting at a known point in a process with three stages, and which stage it is in tells you whether waiting is the right answer or whether nothing more will happen at all.
Stage one: the quote expired
A route is priced against a market that moves, so a quote is only good for a few minutes. If you left the confirmation screen open and came back later, the price you were looking at is no longer the price on offer, and the operation will not proceed on it. Nothing has left your balance in this case. Ask for a new quote and the number will be current.
Stage two: the chain has it and has not confirmed it
Once a transfer is signed it belongs to the network, and every network has its own idea of how long that takes. Solana is done in under a second, Tron in about three, Ethereum in twelve, and Bitcoin adds a block roughly every ten minutes, so a transfer that looks stuck on Bitcoin at minute four is simply early. The estimate shown beside the quote is where to check what normal looks like for the route you chose.
Stage three: it confirmed and you are looking in the wrong place
A confirmed transfer exists on the chain whether or not an app is showing it. Find it on that chain’s explorer by the transaction hash: if the explorer says it succeeded and the destination is the address you meant, the money arrived and the display is behind. If the destination is not the address you meant, that is a different problem with a different page.
What nobody can do
A settled transfer cannot be recalled, sped up or reversed by us, by the recipient, or by anyone holding an admin panel somewhere. We never had the keys, which is the same arrangement that stops anyone else from moving your funds without you. It cuts both ways and it is worth knowing before you need it rather than after.

How long is too long?
Compare it to the arrival estimate shown when you signed. Past several times that figure, look for the transaction on the chain’s explorer rather than waiting further.
Can you push it through faster?
No. Once a transfer is on a chain, its speed belongs to that chain. Nobody operating a wallet can change the order a network confirms things in.
The quote expired. Did I lose anything?
No. An expired quote is a price that lapsed, not a transfer that failed. Your balance did not move and a fresh quote costs nothing.
It confirmed, so why does the balance look wrong?
Check the amount on the explorer against the amount the quote guaranteed. If less arrived than the guaranteed minimum, that is worth reporting; if it landed between the two, that is the market moving inside the tolerance you agreed to.
