Moving money without routing it through an exchange
An exchange will do this, and most people use one. It is worth seeing the whole path before deciding, because the withdrawal fee is the smallest of the four things it costs you and the only one anybody quotes.
The steps, counted honestly
Through an exchange: withdraw from wherever the money is, wait for that confirmation, deposit to the exchange, wait for their crediting policy, trade or convert if the asset changes, withdraw again on the network you wanted, wait once more. That is three chain operations and two waits controlled by a company rather than by a chain. Here it is one operation, quoted as a single amount, and one wait belonging to the destination network.
What identity costs
An exchange is a regulated business and has to know who you are. That is not a criticism, it is the arrangement, but it means the money passes through an account tied to your documents, and every hop is joined up in one place forever. This wallet asks for no documents, and deposits and withdrawals sit on separate addresses with no transaction between them.
What custody costs
While the money is on an exchange it is theirs to hold and yours to claim. Withdrawals can be paused for maintenance, review, or reasons nobody explains, and the timing is never yours. Here the keys are on your phone. Nobody can hold, freeze or delay a transfer, including us.
When an exchange is still the right answer
Two cases, and they are real. If you need fiat at the end, a bank account or a card, this wallet does not do that and an exchange does. And if the asset or network you need is not in the 19 chains here, the exchange has a longer list. Nothing about this page changes either of those.

Several wallets in one account, unlinked on-chain
Hold as many wallets as you need inside one Telegram account. Their addresses are not linked on-chain, so paying from one tells nobody about the others. Send to a @username or to any address.
Questions
Is it cheaper than an exchange withdrawal?
Usually, because the comparison is not one fee against another. It is one operation against three, each carrying its own network cost. Quote the route here and compare it against the full path rather than against the withdrawal line.
Do I need an account?
You need Telegram and an invitation. There is no separate account, no email, no password and no identity check.
Can I get cash out at the end?
Not here. Moving to fiat needs a regulated business with a bank relationship, which this is not and does not claim to be.
Which is faster?
This is, in almost every case, because the waiting is one network confirmation rather than two plus a crediting policy that belongs to a company.
